Over View
Fully automated high-performance turret winder for stretch film applications. It represents superb film roll quality when producing stretch film. Two winding units are positioned on top of each other in a laterally offset arrangement, and the unique winding shaft bearing assembly ensures perfect roll edges. Identical web paths through both wind units guarantee consistent roll quality. Furthermore, we offer an innovative feature to optimize and maintain the winding hardness during winding.

Over View
The innovative turret winder provides the highest winding quality, maintaining a small footprint. The winder is characterized by its compact design, which is made possible by arranging the two winding stations one above the other, therefore requiring less floor space. In addition to the new operation and safety concept, the maximum possible roll diameter has been increased in the second generation, which results in an additional 17,5% of the film on a roll.

Over View
It is optimized to cover the product range of our blown film line. It is, in turn, optimized to cover the requirements of the most common blown film products, ranging from collation shrink films with multiple ups and lamination films with moderate surface properties to shrink and stretch hoods. With the introduction, it was completely redesigned with a new roll change system. In the main winding direction, the flying knife cuts the film, allowing the film roll to remain in contact with the contact roller. This feature is complemented by a lay-on roller, which can control the amount of air entrapment inside the film roll. The newcomer also features reverse winding and a state-of-the-art safety concept and is available for a working width of up to 2600 mm.
